TheFlightWall Plus overview

Learn how Plus Sync imports, reviews, and sends crew schedules to linked FlightWall displays.

TheFlightWall Plus is a paid add-on for TheFlightWall displays. Plus Sync imports a pilot or flight attendant's work schedule and keeps linked displays up to date without requiring every flight to be entered separately.

Plus Sync is not a standalone flight tracker. You need a paired FlightWall display, a Plus account, and an active Plus Sync subscription. Plus Sync is currently in a private beta, so account creation and checkout are limited to invited email addresses, and Plus may not appear in the TheFlightWall app yet. See App or website.

From a schedule to the wall

  1. Create a Plus account and complete your profile.
  2. Subscribe to Plus Sync.
  3. Import your schedule from Google Calendar, a calendar URL, a calendar file, or add flights manually. Connect a calendar app shows where to find the link or file in apps such as MiCrew, RosterBuster, FLICA, TripIt, and Flighty.
  4. Review imported flights, correct missing information, and approve the flights that are correct.
  5. Link up to three FlightWall displays, from the app or the website.

Google Calendar and calendar URL sources refresh as the schedule changes. Calendar file uploads and manual entries are one-time imports. An account can have one live calendar source at a time.

Use the app or website

Your Plus account and schedule are shared between the app and plus.theflightwall.com.

  • In the app, open a display and select Flight Tracking to use the Plus Sync card. The Plus Sync screen has Schedule, Import, and Display tabs.
  • On plus.theflightwall.com, use the Sync workspace for Schedule, Import, Review, Message, and Display, plus Devices and Settings.

See App or website for what each one can do.
