Manage your schedule

Find schedule legs by date, edit flight details, control display visibility, and remove flights.

Use Schedule for day-to-day changes after importing and reviewing your flights. The app and website show the same Plus schedule.

Find a flight

The Schedule screen combines a month calendar with the flights for the selected day or month. Dots under each date use the calendar legend:

  • Verified flights have been reviewed and approved.
  • Imported flights still need review.
  • Missing info flights need required details.
  • Deadhead flights are marked separately from operating legs.

Below the calendar, a panel shows the flight in progress, or No flight in progress with the next departure. The list separates Upcoming and Past flights and shows a few at a time; select Show n more to see the rest. Select a date to see only that day's legs.

Edit a flight

  1. Select a flight to open Edit flight in the app, or select Edit leg on the website.
  2. Update the airline, flight number, origin, destination, departure, arrival, or flight type. Airports use three-letter codes such as LAX.
  3. Add or update notes if needed.
  4. Select Save changes in the app or Save on the website.

The updated leg is sent to linked displays on their next schedule refresh.

Show or hide a flight

In the app, the flight editor has Show on device. Turn it off to keep the leg in your Plus schedule without sending it to linked displays. Turn it on to make the leg available again.

A later refresh of a connected calendar can turn Show on device back on for flights from that calendar. Check hidden flights after a schedule change.

The website shows hidden legs with reduced opacity but does not currently provide the visibility control.

Approve an imported flight

You can approve an imported flight directly from Schedule with Mark as verified in the app's flight editor or Approve flight on the website. If details are missing, edit the leg first.

For a complete import review, including excluded events and bulk approval, use Review flights.

Delete a flight

Deleting a flight permanently removes it from your Plus schedule and linked displays.

  • In the app, open the flight editor, select Delete flight, then select Confirm delete.
  • On the website, select Delete leg, then select it again to confirm. The website shows Delete leg only on flights that are not yet approved. Use the app to delete an approved flight.

A connected calendar may import the event again during a later refresh if it still exists in the source.

Disconnect a live calendar

Open Import, find the connected Google Calendar or calendar URL, and select Disconnect sync. This stops future refreshes and removes every flight imported from that calendar from your schedule and linked displays. Flights from file uploads and manual entries remain.
